New Build Dwelling

The project incorporated a replacement dwelling in the Wimbledon Conservation Area. The building had a traditional exterior which respected the historic setting but had a contemporary interior with large open plan rooms with views over the terraced gardens.

Internally, the house was centred around a curved feature staircase which created a sense of flow between levels. There was a full basement which contained, garages and a swimming pool with spa facilities.
